Cleaning at the Venue We prioritize cleanliness and order in our house to ensure every guest feels comfortable and at home. Cleaning is conducted by a professional team before and after each event. Our cleaning process includes: - Disinfecting all surfaces and frequently used areas. - Thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen areas. - Floor washing and trash removal throughout the house and surrounding areas. - Checking and, if necessary, replacing bedding and towels. We use eco-friendly cleaning products to create a safe and pleasant environment for all our guests. Our goal is to provide you with a perfectly clean space so your event can be held at the highest standard. After the event: We kindly ask guests to leave the venue in good condition and follow basic rules for waste disposal and sorting. Our team will take care of the rest to restore the space to perfect condition for the next event.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
