Located in Spencer's charming historic district, our venue offers a unique backdrop for events such as baby showers, small weddings, anniversary dinners, bridal showers, and meetings. Event Space Features: - Entertainment Options: Keep your guests entertained with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and a selection of board games. A smart TV is also available for added enjoyment. - Private Outdoor Area: Our fenced-in backyard provides a private space for your event. Enjoy the grill and firepit, perfect for outdoor cooking and cozy gatherings. - Inviting Atmosphere: Our century-old home features a spacious wrap-around porch with a porch swing, ideal for guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings. - Convenient Location: The venue is a short walk from local stores, restaurants, and the NC Transportation Museum, offering additional convenience for your guests.     To ensure a clean and safe environment for your event, we follow rigorous cleaning procedures. Our team disinfects all high-touch areas, including doorknobs and light switches, and sweeps the entire space. We then spray the entire home with a disinfectant to eliminate germs and wipe down all surfaces thoroughly. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we strive to provide a clean venue for your special occasion.

    Cancellation Policy

    Flexible

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
