About Off The Road Studios
The centerpiece of the OFF THE ROAD STUDIOS is the 90m² room with its XXL bookshelf, a fireplace a piano, and a 4-meter ceiling height - acoustically optimized and ideal for cozy atmospheres. Other rooms include a second smaller studio (55m²), a kitchen/backstage room, a mixing room, and a control room. The studio is run by experienced studio engineers, and video producers and is often used by external producers who rent the rooms for their projects. In addition, we offer a list of rental equipment like LED lights, Green Screen, colored cardboard, soft boxes, and stands. The studio can be used 24/7. The price is incl. Service fee and VAT / Mwst (19%).

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
