Our Meeting rate of $55/hour is specifically for closed-door business meetings of up to 12 people. This rate does not apply to events, parties, classes, workshops, productions, photo or video shoots, or other gatherings. PEARL DISTRICT LOCATION Our studio is conveniently located at street level in Portland’s Pearl District, with a 30-minute loading zone directly outside for easy arrival and unloading. Street parking is available nearby, and we are close to public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and bars. PLEASE NOTE: The $55/hour Meeting rate is reserved exclusively for business meetings with a maximum of 12 attendees.
