Our space comes equipped with a DJ booth featuring two turntables, a mixer, four KLH speakers, and two subwoofers. The setup is Bluetooth-compatible for easy connectivity. We also offer customizable light fixtures that allow you to change colors and dim the lighting to create the perfect ambiance. Additionally, our projector can be used to screen visuals or presentations, adding a dynamic touch to any event. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating areas, and a curated menu of artisanal coffee and locally sourced pastries. Drip Collective Cleaning Protocol for Renters Thank you for choosing Drip Collective! To keep our space in great condition, please follow these steps after your event: 1. Pre-Event Walkthrough A team member will show you the space before your event and note any pre-existing issues. 2. General Cleaning • Floors: Sweep and mop spills, especially in high-traffic areas. • Trash: Collect and bag all trash, then place it in the outdoor bins. • Surfaces: Wipe down all tables, countertops, and furniture. • Furniture: Return chairs and tables to their original positions. • Restrooms: Ensure restrooms are clean and trash-free. 3. Kitchen & Beverage Station • Clean appliances used and wipe down surfaces. • Wash, dry, and return all dishes or glassware. • Clean sinks and remove food particles. 4. Waste Disposal Sort trash, recycling, and compost according to labels, and place in outdoor bins. 5. Decorations Remove all decorations, ensuring no damage or residue is left behind. 6. Final Walkthrough Request a final inspection with a team member to report any damages. 7. Cleaning Supplies Supplies (brooms, mops, etc.) are in the cleaning closet. Please return them after use. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cleaning fees deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your cooperation!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
