The space features unique amenities such as a large roller door for easy loading, multiple exits, and on-site bathroom access. It also provides great ventilation, with access to an outdoor area. With its rustic, spacious feel and versatile layout, it's designed to foster creativity and accommodate a variety of uses, from content creation to collaborative projects.

• The space is maintained regularly: floors are swept and mopped, and surfaces are wiped down. • Cleaning equipment is provided for renters. Please use it to wipe down surfaces after your session.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
