About the Space
We are a 4500 sq ft fitness studio that feature 3 different workout/exercise rooms, 2 locker rooms, 2 bathrooms and an open rustic, modern lobby area. Each workout room has a different focus : A) STRENGTH ROOM: features weights, squat racks, dumbells, etc. B) CARDIO ROOM: more of an open concept with mostly cardio equipment, black turf, treadmills, C) PERSONAL TRAINING/STRETCH ROOM: Room for private training, PT sessions, accupuncture, flex use.
The lobby area has a couch seating, tables, WIFI, chairs, coffee and juice bar. EXCELLENT SUNLIGHT! PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RENTAL IS FOR USE FOR ONE ROOM ONLY. EITHER THE STRENGTH ROOM OR THE CARDIO ROOM. If you need both you will have to double the booking!

Health and Safety Measures
We have a service that comes in nightly to clean facility. Deep cleans are down 3x a week and in between sessions we do a full wipe down, vacuum, bathroom clean etc.
Additionally we provide our wipes and towels for our guests to maintain a clean environment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
