Surface Sanitization
All surfaces, including tables, countertops, and chairs, are thoroughly sanitized with disinfectant spray. Special attention is given to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and the bar counter. We use non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure the space is safe and welcoming for every guest.
Floor Cleaning
Floors are swept and mopped after each booking. We ensure that any spills or debris are removed, leaving the venue clean and ready for the next event. Rugs or mats are vacuumed as needed.
Bathroom Cleaning
The bathrooms located just outside the east doors are cleaned and restocked between every event. This includes wiping down sinks, disinfecting toilet seats, restocking toilet paper and paper towels, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restroom areas.
Trash Removal
All trash bins, both inside the venue and in the bathrooms, are emptied, and fresh liners are placed. Any trash left behind by guests is promptly disposed of.
Glass and Mirrors
All glass surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and any glass doors, are cleaned with glass cleaner to remove fingerprints and smudges, ensuring a clear and polished appearance.
Cleaning Supplies
Basic cleaning supplies, such as paper towels, disinfectant spray, and glass cleaner, are kept in the storage closet located [insert location]. These supplies are provided by the property manager and are readily available for use by staff during and after the event.
Final Inspection
A final walkthrough is conducted to ensure that all areas have been cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. This includes inspecting the bar area, seating arrangements, and any equipment used during the previous booking.
Fresh Air Circulation
To further enhance the freshness of the space, we air out the venue by opening doors or windows for a short time, allowing fresh air to circulate before the next booking.
