This modern rustic A-frame chalet at Innsbrook Resort is a cozy and inviting space for lifestyle/brand shoots, as well as couples/family/engagement photo shoots. Built in 1985, the chalet sits on a 3-acre, semi-private, lakefront lot with picturesque views of Lake St. Gallen, nature and wildlife. The space includes 2 bed + loft and 2 bath. There's a king bed and full-size dresser in the downstairs bedroom, queen bed plus dresser in the upstairs loft, and 2 twin-size bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom. The main level and second floor loft each have a full bath with a small shower. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel oven/stove, full-size refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, Caraway cookware set, serving and cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, silverware, serving bowls, grilling utensils, and so much more! The dining space is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 7-8 people. The bar cart comes stocked with plenty of glassware in addition to a record player, speaker and growing vinyl collection. The chalet offers a large deck for outdoor dining and entertaining, including a Weber propane grill, fire table that seats 6 and conversation area that seats 5; as well as a fire pit area, tree house, screened-in porch and indoor, wood-burning stove. The floor-to-ceiling A-frame windows in the living room provide an abundance of natural light. There are two entrances into the chalet -- both include stairs. The primary entrance is through the screened-in porch, while the secondary entrance is off the deck on the backside of the chalet. Load-in and load-out would require parking at the bottom of the gravel circle drive and walking down a gravel path and up a single stair to the front entrance.
