About Fontecchio’s Kitchen
The park like setting of this beautiful residential home with covered pavilion, sparking pool and spacious backyard and wood burning fire pit is the perfect backdrop for your special event! The venue can be setup as an elegant wedding using the custom-made wedding arch under the old oak tree, a rockin birthday party, a Zen yoga retreat, a corporate dinner party, a baby shower, gender reveal, or even a small intimate gathering for friends and family. Customize the space with your own vision! Let's discuss how I may help bring your ideas to life. This private event venue allows for you to bring in your own desired decorations, food & beverage items (including alcohol at no additional charge/corkage fee), lawn games, a bounce house/water slide, or any other items to make your event exactly as you desire. The space can easily accommodate up to 75 guests with parking for approximately 60 vehicles. NOTE - This is an outdoor venue. The only access to inside of the home is the bathrooms, which have a private entrance adjacent to the pavilion.

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. The cleaning fee covers the landscaping services, pool maintenance and deep cleaning of the bathrooms prior to your event to ensure the space is in its best condition when you arrive as well as the cleaning of the space after your event (food spills, table/chair sanitation, bathroom cleaning etc.) and garbage disposal.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
