About the Space
Located in Hamilton historic Cotton Factory our Aviva Studio is a 1,200sq ft. light-filled space, sky high ceilings and honey coloured wood floors. The studio is a multi purpose space ideal for photo/video shoots, events, classes and workshops. Yoga props are onsite to make for comfortable floor seating ( mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets), as well as fold out chairs. Free parking is available in our private lot, elevator access if requested and security provided by our building entry through door code access only.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
