About Renaissance Event Center
Located in historic Palmetto, Florida, The new Renaissance Event Center sits on the beautiful student campus of Manatee School for the Arts (MSA). This year-round 10,000 square foot AV extravaganza event space caters to a variety of special events, including weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceañeras, conferences, trade shows, sports events and more. Open the doors and get ready to be blown away... Equipped with 35 85" LED screens as digital wallpaper and state of the art audio system, a full kitchen and an arcade, we are ready to host your next big event! This space and equipment are available for use including 2 wireless microphones, soundboard and a video monitor switcher. High production value. Use it to produce your own music videos! Alternatively, it is a great space for photo, video, or modeling shoots. Cool urban look space in the huge 100x100' space, complete with an assortment long tables, stools and high boys. Bring your own furniture or props! Very flexible! 17' ceilings, high-speed wifi, full A/C control, and clean bathroom and changing area.

We clean before and after every event and follow Florida's Covide-19 guidelines when applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
