This is a clean, minimal studio perfect for solo portraits, headshots, and content creation. The space is located inside a multi-use suite shared with a speech therapy clinic and includes natural light and seamless backdrops in the base rental. An on-site expert is available to help with setup, breakdown, or any questions about the studio and equipment. *Base Rental Includes: Studio access with natural light Seamless backdrops Tethering setup with computer + Capture One Mirror + basic makeup and hair kit A couple of bar stools for sitting poses *Optional Add-Ons: - Software Access Unlock access to professional editing tools, including Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut, for use during your studio session. - Podcast Corner + Teleprompter Includes USB-C microphones, chairs, and teleprompter—perfect for interviews, podcasts, or scripted content. - Print Service Print your work on professional-grade paper, up to 13x19” in size. The building cleaners come in daily after hours and clean the trash and vacuum if needed and our studio manager will clean the space after each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
