About the Space
The huge backyard is good for shooting movies, photos, and small gatherings. 2 Restrooms are available for guests. We are located on the border of Austin, Roundrock, and Pflugerville. There is a separate entrance on the bright side for the backyard.
Only use the outside restroom built in the backyard with alcohol, and no smoke. Use a separate door for the backyard which is on the right side of house.No loud music after 9.30 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
