About the Space
Located in a legendary purpose-built studio that boasts a long list of famous performers gracing its stages this large open studio space is available for film shoots, commercial shoots, rehearsals, and events. Approximately 120' x 105' the studio offers a cyclorama and an attached kitchen area. The studio offers drive-in access for trucks under 13 feet in height. We offer support rooms (Hair & Make-up), green rooms, and offices. The building also offers on-site catering. Close to the DVP and TTC stops with space for 30 parking spots on site and access to a large parking lot nearby.

Cleaning of washrooms, common areas and event area are done before the event. After the event, cleaning will be charged to the event organizer.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
