About the Space
We have a workshop or warehouse-like space that is perfect for your film location needs. We have workstations with tools to help build the scene. The space includes two large garage doors that allow a car to be moved into the space. e.g. Imagine a muscle car being worked on. Currently, the space houses a variety of old vintage TVs and other electronics, but we are happy to get them moved for your production. Also, ask about rentals of camera and lighting and more! We offer a full selection through our partnered rental houses.

We clean the space before and after each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
