NEW! Extremely spacious 2500 sqft photo/ film studio. Our studio is located in the heart of DTLA. Beautifully designed, the large space contains many different "sets" / "backdrops" for your photoshoot/ content needs. Custom architectural build-outs for seating and to display products adorn the space as well as limewashed tan-toned walls create a warm and earthy feel. The studio contains large industrial windows along to sides allowing MAXIMUM light throughout the day. At over 2500 sqft, the studio is great for hosting both LARGE and small teams. Elevators: Passenger elevator, One Freight Our studio could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series, Documentaries, branding shoots and more. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the build-outs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. If you stand on the build-outs with shoes then it leave a clear footstep. Our furniture is extremely costly so please be cautious and take care of it. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture/ props are placed in its original location. Security Cameras: There is security cameras inside the space that will be used only if necessary when Peerspace asks for proof of footage. Our spaces are cleaned daily, this includes sweeping and mopping. We keep our cleaning fee low, please respect our space and do not damage our pieces or spill anything on the furniture. Confetti or glitter is also not allowed as it is extremely hard to clean.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
