About the Space
This is a spacious three bedroom house that is surf themed, however most everything can be moved if needed. The house is very clean and well maintained. The house has three bedrooms. Two of those bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two bunk beds. The queen beds could be used for boudoir photoshoots. The kitchen is light and airy with a nice island and could be used for shooting cooking videos/ commercials/ photos etc. The space overall works well with doing branding photography sessions, headshots etc. The living room has two large sofas and a 65" tv which could also be good for small meetings, and gathers like baby showers etc (couches seat up to 6 people but you could have up to 17 guest seated if there was car pulling and they utilized the dining area and barstool seating.)

The house is thoroughly cleaned between each party/guest. Floors are vacuumed and mopped. All hard surfaces are disinfected and all porous materials are washed. Couches after sprayed with lysol. Trash is removed, dishes washed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
