House, cul-de-sac, and yard used for TV, film, and photo shoots including the 2022 Top Gun: Maverick movie. Flower flower-filled yard is large enough for prep, set up, and seating of up to 50 people and holds a 20x20 tent if an enclosure in addition to the rose-covered trellis is desired. Dead end street and Culdesac allow for privacy. Parking areas at parks within walking distance. 180-degree, gorgeous, ocean view, Cabrillo Beach, Los Angeles Harbor, and lighthouse leading into Los Angeles Harbor for the perfect photo ops.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
