A one-of-a-kind event space in the heart of downtown Houston, Studio Eight08 is nestled inside the iconic Esperson Building—Houston’s very first skyscraper and a timeless architectural gem. With its unique warehouse feel and high ceilings, Studio Eight08 provides a striking contrast to the ornate Italian Renaissance architecture of the historic building that houses it. The spacious art gallery features a rotating collection of local and contemporary works, creating a vibrant, ever-evolving backdrop perfect for events of all kinds. Adjacent to the gallery, our stylish lounge invites guests to unwind and connect, with cozy seating, modern design touches, and warm ambient lighting. Whether you're planning a corporate gathering, private celebration, or creative workshop, Studio Eight08 delivers a flexible layout, state-of-the-art amenities, and a dedicated team ready to bring your vision to life. We do not allow outside bar staff, as we have our own in-house staff at $50 per hour per bartender. Outside catering is permitted. Parking We’ve partnered with a garage directly across from our venue at $11 per car for up to 4 hours (20 car minimum, 100 car maximum). Security Requirements One Houston Police Officer is required at $75 per hour when alcohol is served. At least one unarmed security guard is required per 75 to 100 guests regardless of whether alcohol is being served. Additional Services We provide a complimentary one-hour consultation to help clients develop and refine their event concepts. This includes support with layout planning, creative direction, and overall event flow. Additionally, we offer optional event styling services on a case-by-case basis for clients who want a more curated or hands-on design experience.

In between bookings, the space is cleaned and disinfected for enhance cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
