About the Space
I have a 3 bedroom cottage with a great master bedroom that includes a free-standing bath. The space works best for TV/ advertising and film production. Any of the items in the house, such as the cooker can be used as a prop. Also, any of the rooms can be cleared of items that are not of use or needed. I also have. My house is located at the end of a private lane. I am very close to the canal and promenade park in Maldon. Behind the house is a playing field. In the front garden is a wash house that I let as an air b and b.

As this is my home it’s important it’s kept clean. Some personal items can be removed. I have professional cleaners that help maintain everything to a very high standard. Anything can be changed/ cleaned prior to booking.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
