You will have a major living space and a giant professional kitchen. The main room is the living and sleeping room that features a Murphy bed (foldable) that is integrated into the built-ins. The soundproof windows have blinds and a privacy film like a Venetian mirror. The kitchen is professional and custom-built, fully equipped with everything for intense cooking if desired. Many old buildings are under monument protection, including the famous "Landwehrkanal" (ex. Paul-Lincke-Ufer), a popular canal with trees, restaurants, markets, etc. PUBLIC TRANSPORT is only one minute away. The subway line U8, which leads you to trendy Mitte or individual Neukölln, and a bus line are close. BACKGROUND of the space This space used to be a little convenience store. From the street, you had to step down the little stairs you see in the pictures into a wonderland of everything you urgently needed when other shops were closed. Summer 2024 we fully renovated the apartment and included a highly professional kitchen.
