Space Overview: Total Area: 20,000 sq. ft. located on the 1st floor, accessible via the mall entrance Ceiling Height: 11 ft tall Our space consists of three main areas: The Living Room: 90’ x 135’ (12,000 sq. ft.) – A spacious, welcoming environment with couches, tables, and desks, perfect for lifestyle shoots, interviews, or custom set builds. The Game Room: 60’ x 60’ (3,600 sq. ft.) – A dynamic space with ping pong, foosball, games, couches, and tables.
