Many of our guests find this adds to the atmosphere — a sense of being part of a lively creative hub. • Communal spaces: The kitchenette and bathroom are shared by all users of the building. • Permanent creatives on site: • Eris — an interior designer who runs Meraki Design, specialising in bespoke interiors that combine elegance with functionality. • Adam — a painter, often working on canvases in his studio. • Clodagh — your point of contact for the recording studio; she can also provide technical support with lights, speakers, and other equipment during your hire. The property is cleaned before the key exchange, we proved cleaning materials and equipment for the client to use while renting. Once the rental period is over we inspect for damages and that the space has been left in good nic, before we get cleaners in again.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
