Many of our guests find this adds to the atmosphere — a sense of being part of a lively creative hub. • Communal spaces: The kitchenette and bathroom are shared by all users of the building. • Permanent creatives on site: • Eris — an interior designer who runs Meraki Design, specialising in bespoke interiors that combine elegance with functionality. • Adam — a painter, often working on canvases in his studio. • Clodagh — your point of contact for the recording studio; she can also provide technical support with lights, speakers, and other equipment during your hire.
