Perfect for photos, content creation, moody boudoir, or even podcasting (basic equipment provided upon request). Bright and airy central living and dining areas with windows on nearly every wall. The bedroom, office, and kitchen are moody (but sill light filled!) and the perfect backdrop for your creative expression. Plants abound throughout. This space boasts original artwork, a funky yet modern aesthetic, lots of plants, and an abundance of natural light. There are also spaces outside that can be used...the wrap around front porch or large fenced in backyard provides even more space to create. Please provide 24 hour notice. I answer all inquiries within 1 -2 hours.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
