INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 8 - Dining Room Table - TV (guests cannot connect devices to TV) - Wi-Fi ** There is no access to the gym, pool, resident lounge, or any other interior amenity space not included in the Peerspace pictures. ** FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
