This open-layout living room/kitchen setup is great for small events such as birthday parties, baby showers, family holiday meals, watch parties, moving up/graduation celebrations, etc. Enjoy friends, family, associates, and even co-workers in this minimalist-designed space which comes with an impressive large-screen smart TV, wifi, and full access to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen island sits 6, the dining table sits 6 and the living room sits 4, 5, 6, 7, (depending). Easy connections are provided for laptop/game console hookups. (Backyard BBQ and KnockerBall addons coming soon).

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
