We follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process to ensure a safe and hygienic environment: Prepare – Careful preparation enables us and our team to clean more safely. Clean – We start by removing dust and dirt from all surfaces. Sanitize – Chemical disinfectants are used to reduce bacteria and ensure a thorough sanitization. Check – A checklist guides us through each room, detailing best practices for cleaning and sanitizing each area. Reset – To prevent cross-contamination, we finish cleaning and sanitizing each room, wash hands, and only then replace items for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
