The barn was built around 1835. The structure is very rustic with hand-cut beams as long as 30' sitting across the space. The ceiling is 3 stories high in the main room and there are other wings, nooks, and lofts. Total approximately 3,000 square feet. The space can accommodate up to 10 people for overnight. There is a bathroom with a hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The barn is surrounded by 12 acres of land with a well-maintained lawn, mature trees, flower gardens, hiking trails, and a riverfront across the street. It has been used for art exhibits, yoga retreats, weddings music performances, etc. Great space for photo shoots, music videos, etc. There is no heat or air conditioning except for the bedroom on third floor. It will be too cold from November to April.
