About the Space
Located in the far north eastern edge of Los Angeles County. This remote, private land is perfect for filming, photo shoots, music videos, camping, dirt bike riding, horseback riding, etc. There are no neighbors to disturb. A former CA State Parks' camp host and employee owns the land, and lives there part-time in his RV. Rowdy is his sweet, older dog. Rowdy's Ranch is both flat and also has some rugged slopes. Nice views. Sorry, no amenities (no bathrooms, no WiFi).

This is an outdoor space only. Guests are bringing their own equipment. The land is clean and all trash and debris is removed promptly.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
