About the Space
Timberline Crossing is Conroe’s premier private event venue. This historic 10,000 sq. ft. venue is a former ice storage and distribution and cash/gold storage near the intersection of Missouri Pacific and Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe rail lines, just one block from Main Street in charming historic downtown Conroe. It features a large open-plan indoor space, with an upstairs loft/balcony space and adjacent private lounge area, as well as an upstairs outdoor balcony/patio with expansive views of Town Square and downtown Conroe. The downstairs also features a semi-enclosed street-side patio, and a vintage speakeasy-themed bar with it’s own hidden entrance. The interior decor features a flexible open floorplan, exposed brick walls with plaster insets, exposed white-washed arched wooden ceiling with black iron supports, matching black iron window frames and accents, and polished concrete floors.

Our cleaning process is pretty simple. You must leave the place just as clen as you received it. There will be a detailed checklist for everyone to follow.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
