Two floors, 3500sf Upper West Side event space for private parties(i.e Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, quinceañeras and or small wedding, etc..) , fashion events, receptions, launch parties, seminars, film and video production. Separate convenient entrance for catering crew and delivery with two large rooms upstairs with employee bathroom. Large open concept room for event with 22 foot high ceilings , stage, and lobby. Rental is for the space only, we do not provide chairs, tables, bars, decor and or audio/video/DJ /lighting equipment. In addition, all catering equipment must be set up upstairs not in the main event space. 150 capacity is for limited standing types of events. Teen events are Limited to 120 max. For sit down dinner with round tables the space can hold 100 max. Located near the 1,2,3 subway lines and off the 96th st exit on the Henry Hudsan Express Way. Note** If you plan to serve alcohol all guest must be 21yo and over with photo ID unless it's a family event with parents of minors our in attendance. You must also add-on our security if you are serving alcohol and select a bar package. Guests may not sell alcohol. Minors under 18yo are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult. PLEASE NOTE: Do to constant damage, you can not tape or hang anything to our walls or put tape on the floor. If you have posters, flyers, balloons, QR codes, etc. Please bring stands to hang them on or blue painters tape. There is a $500 fine for any damage to walls from hanging anything on them.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
