A reservation for this space includes an open area, 2 executive vintage styled offices and a conference room with exterior views of historic Downtown Miami. The space still retains many of historic Mimo features such a mahogany doors and panels, furniture, and brass lighting accents. The space also has limited elevator access so meetings are not accidentally interrupted. Hosts are given an access card during their stay so they can help their guests can come to the floor from the building lobby. Please note art and furniture appearing in photos may be different than that in the space as items are moved and replaced regularly. Please contact us in advance if you are interested in a certain set up in the space. Music video productions are allowed on Sundays.
