Carrera marble countertops and unlacquered brass fittings. Next to the kitchen is a lovely bar with new custom built-in cabinetry and Waterworks bar sink & faucet. There is a powder room located on the main floor, with new black marble flooring and Waterworks fixtures. Floor to ceiling windows and 12' ceilings throughout the main floor. On the second floor, all windows are large with no window treatments (lots of light!) and ceilings are 9'. New white oak hardwood flooring throughout the home. The home is minimally furnished with beautiful antique furnishings and a lovely George Smith mohair sofa. This home has been photographed many times and is featured in various NY Times bestselling cookbooks, national ad campaigns, and featured on various vendor websites. Excellent location for food photography, home product styling, food styling, and editorial shoots. Furnishings and props may be used by renter for styling purposes, however we request that any large furnishings that need to be moved be coordinated with us prior to your arrival. We can assist with moving large items as needed. Max 12 guests during the day. Can sleep up to 4 people (one king bed, one queen bed) for overnight use.
