Very quiet. No neighbors to either side of us. (Stairwell and Storage room) No neighbors above us do property being a penthouse. Not a busy street. Almost no noise in property.

Entrance has 4 stairs at the front, with wheelchair accessibility. We do have a back entrance with a ability to have a moving truck. Would need to bring your own ramp for such a case if moving many items.

General Rules
Respect the Property: Treat the space with care and leave it in the same condition as you found it. Any damage caused during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved in advance.
Noise Levels: Please be mindful of the noise level, especially after 10 PM. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
Guests: Only the number of guests specified in the booking request are allowed in the space. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
Cleanliness: Please clean up after your event or shoot. This includes disposing of trash in the designated bins and returning furniture and equipment to their original positions.
Alcohol & Catering: If alcohol is served, it must be in accordance with local laws. Outside catering is allowed, but please inform us in advance if this will be part of your event.
Parking: Please use designated parking areas only. Be sure to follow any local parking regulations and do not block driveways or fire lanes.
Security: For security reasons, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the space unattended.
No Glitter or Confetti: Glitter, confetti, or any other difficult-to-clean decorations are not allowed.
Permits: Any required permits or insurance for filming, events, or other activities must be arranged by the renter before the booking.
Health & Safety: Please adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Couch is super light if needed to be moved. Anything else can be adjusted upon reasonable request.

A security camera in Main lobby as well as home entrance.

Health and Safety Measures
Trash Removal: Empty bins, dispose of trash, and replace liners.
Surface Wipe-down: Clean counters, tables, high-touch areas, and glass.
Furniture Reset: Return furniture to its original position and wipe down.
Floors: Sweep/vacuum and mop floors.
Kitchen/Bathroom: Sanitize sinks, counters, toilets, and restock supplies.
Final Check: Ensure everything is clean, reset, and locked up. Take photos of the cleaned space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
