The main building serves as a studio/event space and hub for curated exhibitions. The shaded courtyard is one of its most distinctive features, serving as a serene backdrop for sculpture exhibitions and providing a unique setting for cultural gatherings. The upstairs studio provides a quiet base for workshops or private events, and the garage awaits transformation into immersive art experiences. The 950 sqft main building boasts midcentury modern architecture with concrete floors, gallery lighting, a skylight, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto the courtyard. There are also two newly renovated bathrooms in the main building. The garden features foliage cover and two fountains, uniquely reflecting a Southern California landscaping sensibility. Seating is dotted across the 1100 sqft courtyard space. You'll find the upstairs studio and the garage below at the end of the courtyard. The studio features an exposed beam ceiling, hardwood floors, built-in bookshelves, a widescreen television, a small balcony, and a garden view. It has a kitchen with a sink, stove, and fridge. The garage is a versatile resource that can be used for exhibition or storage space. Both the studio and the garage are 600 sqft. The space also offers a gated entrance accessible by code for extra security, and two garage doors for moving equipment accessible from the alley in the back. We provide support services to ensure your event runs smoothly. Our team is on hand to assist with setup, technical requirements, and logistics, allowing you to focus on delivering a memorable experience. Additionally, we offer furniture rentals, catering recommendations, and access to on-site facilities such as a kitchenette and restrooms to further enhance your event planning.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
