1920’s Historic Home
About the Space
This space is within the walls of a 100-year-old home and it’s been returned to its original 1920’s aesthetic. There are original hardwood floors, an original coal fireplace, velvet chairs, and a leather Chesterfield couch in the living room. There are huge windows on each wall for natural light and if you prefer a dark and moody vibe, there are formal drapes that block the sun and our chandelier is on a dimmer for more light control. As a photographer myself, I made sure to have lots of light options available for this room. This space would be great for music videos, album art, brand shoots, couples and families, etc. Anything vintage, historic, moody, or romantic. The dining room has a warm, timeless feel with the floral vintage wallpaper, original 1920’s hardwood floors and the coal fireplace. The are large windows that let in a lot of natural light and the chandelier is on a dimmer as well for extra control. This room could be used for a bright airy look, or romantic shoot as the formal drapes in this room also block the sun a great deal.

We use a natural thieves cleaner on the most used parts of the space to ensure there are no reactions to toxic cleaning products. The floors will be freshly swept and mopped and a thorough dusting will be done between each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
