About the Space
Space works great for any time of photography session. The owner does boudoir and branding here so most things are designed for that. Space is very wide open with natural light coming form the front windows. Large/long white curtains in front of these windows make a great diffuser for the light and keep passerby's from seeing in. Sets can be moved around to accommodate the look your going for and setting up where it works best for you. The space also works great for small events of 49 people standing or 36 people sitting. Tables and chairs for up to 36 people are available upon request. Outside catering is allowed at your choice. There is a sink, refrigerator and 2 counter spaces available to accommodate for the food and drink set up. Selfie light and backdrop available for events.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
