Located in the heart of Middletown, Connecticut, just a short drive from New York and Boston, this vibrant recording studio is set within a historic factory building, now a thriving hub for musicians, artists, photographers, and filmmakers. Our studio includes: -A kitchenette (dry) -A gorgeous, comfortable lounge -A massive control room with ultra-crisp and loud playback -A unique and spacious live room -A world-class vocal booth -Two unisex restrooms The space comfortably accommodates up to 40 people, with seating for around 20. Additional seating can be arranged. BOOKING OPTIONS: We offer three distinct service packages: 1) Recording, Mixing, and Mastering Services -Includes full audio services with our chief engineer, Dan Zorn. -Rate: $100/hr -2-hour minimum -Capacity: Up to 15 people 2) Space Rental Only (No Audio Services) - Ideal for events, photographers, filmmakers, etc. -Rate: $150/hr -2-hour minimum -Capacity: Up to 40 people 3) Space + Music Playback -For listening parties that call for loud, high-quality music playback. Music will be played over our large main monitors and operated by one of our engineers. - Rate: $175/hr - 2-hour minimum - Capacity: Up to 40 people - Requirements: Music must be professionally mixed (mastered preferred) and submitted to us for approval prior to booking.
