Studio 1 is a bright and versatile 384 sq. ft space with 10 ft ceilings, featuring polished concrete floors and an overhead door at each end for easy access. One of the walls showcases a vibrant mural by local artist AJA Louden, adding a unique artistic touch to the space. It's an ideal setting for creative projects that require both functionality and style. At 1075 sq ft, Studio 2 features 20 ft ceilings and an array of unique elements, including two 8-foot movable wall panels for customizable setups and a vibrant greenery wall that adds a natural touch to any project. The space also includes as sticker bomb wall, an industrial staircase, wall-mounted seamless paper, and cinderblock walls, all complemented by a sleek, polished concrete floor.
