Our home has a beautiful white kitchen with gold accents, natural light, and white oak floors. Large island with quartz counter tops perfect for filming or photographing kitchen content. This open concept leads in to the living room space with a cozy fireplace, mantle, a frame tv, large white couch and accent chairs to match. We have two front rooms that get incredible lighting throughout the day with their large windows: A Music room with a white oak piano & olive tree adjacent to a Montessori style playroom filled with lots of woods and whites, play kitchen and decorative shelving. White Double French doors in entry way. Large laundry room with natural light and white cabinets, quartz counters. The home includes 3 very different style bathrooms: The Master with black veined floor tile, white cabinets, and quartz countertops (with glass shower, large free standing oval bath tub, double sinks and 2 windows). The guest bath with white oak floors, white cabinets, and black veined granite on single vanity and window. And third, upstairs kids bathroom with double sinks, white oak flooring, white cabinets, quartz counters, but no window. Great home with beautiful lighting for lifestyle photography and video shoots.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
