This small boutique event space has four tables and plush chairs for 26 people. The venue is a freestanding one-story building in downtown Lake Mary. The space is ideal for business meetings and events, book clubs, card games, church groups, table gaming/D&D, bridal showers, baby showers, family events, holiday parties, classes, and workshops. There is no kitchen, no fridge, no microwave, but you are welcome to bring your food, sterno heaters, plates, and cutlery, and take your dirty dishes/leftovers when you leave. Our space has a private seven-car parking lot behind the building, and ample public parking out front. The building is handicap accessible. Lighting is on dimmers to add ambience to your event. Smart TVs connect to USB, HDMI cables, and the internet/YouTube. Guests will be provided with Clorox wipes for the tables and trash bags. Dispose of waste in the back dumpster. There will be a $50 cleaning fee for events with foods and drinks, or guest can wipes down all countertops and sinks, sweep and mop the venue and bathroom with materials provided by host. Host will ask if you plan to clean yourself to save on cleaning fee. Schedule a 15 minute free space tour prior to your event. Please schedule setup and breakdown time accordingly for your event. Suggested time - 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your event for setup, breakdown, cleaning, and trash removal if needed.
