About ANDR Studio
This is a full home with pool, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom space with a kitchen and a recording studio built in. You can use it as a venue for weddings, parties, private events or as a studio for photoshoots, video shoots, content creation or anything you can imagine. We offer catering, transportation, lodging and event coordination, production and styling. Just tell us what you need and we will make it happen.

We hire a deep cleaning service in between bookings. Special fees depending on what kind of event you book and the necessities of diffferent kinds of cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
