Living room looks better at night! The sunroom is connected and is a little bright during the dayno boudoir/of style shoots. available for things like parties, music videos, fashion shoots.
available for parties max 60 people. no glass by pool. no drinks on pool table. smoking outside please. we do live on property but are out of the way for any productions. not a pet free house in case you are allergic (pets out of the way in their own room)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
