Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

At The Railyard Loft, we take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest enjoys a fresh and welcoming space. Before your booking, the loft is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including high-touch surfaces, furniture, and amenities. After your event, we kindly ask you to leave the space as you found it. A light cleanup—removing trash, resetting moved furniture, and tidying up—is expected. For a deeper clean (don’t worry, we’ve got this), the cleaning fee is already included in your booking price, so you can enjoy the space without extra hassle. Let’s keep the loft fabulous together! ✨

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
