    AV included free: your choice of two 63" TVs or one projector, plus HDMI cables, adapters, and a wireless clicker. Sound package (2 speakers, wireless mic, clip-on mic, mixer) available for $75. Full day: up to 12 hours for $800. Message us and we’ll send you a custom quote. 1,200 sq ft of flexible space. Seats up to 30 at tables (classroom style) or up to 50 in theater rows. Need it open for breakouts, movement, or networking? We can clear the floor completely. We set it up for you. Tell us your layout (classroom, theater, U-shape, or open floor) and the room will be ready when you arrive. A professional meeting space in South Las Vegas built for trainings, workshops, seminars, and team offsites. Also included: whiteboard, WiFi, and an on-site printer. Flip charts and coffee service (up to 45 cups) are available as add-ons. On-site parking, public transit nearby, restrooms, and wheelchair accessible, so every attendee can arrive and get straight to work.

    After each event, we conduct a comprehensive cleanup, including trash removal, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring the space is restored to its original condition. This allows for a fresh and welcoming environment for every guest.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
