It is a wide open space of over 450 square feet. It has great lighting and a hand-painted accent wall with mountains if you need a cool background. There are plenty of outlets in the space. It also has its own entrance/exit separate from the space the owner uses. There is a bathroom that can be used, it will be shared with the owner and their clients if you are renting while they are there.

We sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors before and after every stay/use. We also clean countertops and door handles before and after every stay/use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
