Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Before the Event: Deep Cleaning: The entire space is cleaned, including floors, furniture, and surfaces. Bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with supplies. Setup Preparation: Tables, chairs, and equipment are wiped down and arranged according to the event layout. During the Event: On-Call Support: Staff is available to address spills or messes as needed. Trash receptacles are monitored and emptied if they fill up during the event. After the Event: Immediate Clean-Up: Trash is removed and disposed of in designated areas. Leftover decorations or items are collected for the client. Surface Sanitization: Tables, chairs, and high-touch areas are wiped down with disinfectants. Floors are vacuumed or mopped, depending on the material. Bathroom Refresh: Restrooms are sanitized again, and trash bins are emptied. Inspection: A thorough walk-through is conducted to ensure the venue is spotless for the next event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
