About the Space
The building is 1050 sq ft with 750 sq ft being an all white open concept warehouse that can be designed to meet your needs. It has served as a photo studio, podcast studio and event space for the last 3 years. It has a lobby, a sound enforced back space and a restroom. Furniture, lighting, and backdrops are all free to use and can be cleared out upon request to provide a blank canvas. The warehouse and lobby have separate heating and air systems. The place is usually stocked with bottled water and snacks for guest.

Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
