About the Space

Themed sets perfect for period movie filming, photography, tea parties, and music videos. Attached wardrobe studio complete with equipment, props, and period costumes in Regency, Victorian, Medieval, Georgian, Paranormal/Sci-Fi and much more, for an extra charge (we need two weeks notice for costume rental). Modern kitchen and dining area. First floor restroom. Set #1 is a spacious and opulent Versailles theme suitable for a variety of period settings. Set #2 is an old world/Victorian Library or Study room that can be used for several time periods with a few adjustments. Set #3 is a quaint succulent garden (weather permitting. Please ask for availability) Set #4 is a modern bedroom. Second floor access is not allowed.

All areas vacuumed and sanitized after each booking. Bathroom areas and Kitchen areas are disinfected and sanitized. Wardrobe, props, and other items rented undergo washing and sanitation.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
